OpenAI's Models Land on Google Cloud, Completing a Three-Cloud Spread

OpenAI models are coming to Google Cloud, with frontier models and Codex workflows arriving in Model Garden, according to @DanielZambrini. @ivke2006 specified that GPT-6 Astra, Sol, and Luna are now available there, and that OpenAI's models now run on all three major US clouds.
