Anthropic Launches Claude Corps, an $85,000 Paid Fellowship to Train AI Talent

The 12-month program is the latest sign that labs increasingly view the talent pipeline as a competitive resource worth building directly.

Anthropic is putting money into the talent funnel. As surfaced by @AiwithYasir, the company launched Claude Corps, "a fully paid, 12-month fellowship" reported at $85,000. Paying people to learn AI is a bet that skilled practitioners are scarce enough to be worth cultivating from scratch.
