Developers Are Quietly Standardizing on Claude for Three.js and Financial Analysis

Two unrelated communities — interactive web developers and retail traders — are converging on Claude as their model of choice for very different reasons.

A small but consistent signal this week: Claude is becoming the default for specialized workflows where other models had been the assumption. On the development side, @Undergraphics endorsed the combination of Three.js and Claude as 'a killer,' part of a pattern of developers using the model to build interactive 3D experiences — in one case, a hair designer rendered in the browser. Three.js is fiddly, verbose, and easy to get wrong, which makes it a good test of a model's ability to hold a complex API in working memory.
