Individual developers are shipping niche AI agents for home management and calendar scheduling, building the kind of personal tools that big platforms keep promising but rarely deliver.

Two independent builders shipped personal AI tools this week: @gtittle10 launched HouseCue, described as "your home's personal AI assistant," and @cw2004BL shipped an agentic AI that manages Outlook calendar scheduling through a 2D mobile app, emphasizing that the system is "completely private" with no data leaving the device.
