China's third-generation superconducting quantum computer has reportedly acquired the ability to support artificial intelligence workloads — an early signal of quantum-AI convergence.

China's Origin Wukong, a third-generation superconducting quantum computer, has "preliminarily acquired the capability to support artificial intelligence computing," as @ChinaScience reported. The system has launched quantum AI tools including something called Origin Brain.
