OpenAI Ships GPT-5.4-Cyber to Banks and Government for Cybersecurity Evaluation

A specialized cybersecurity model is being tested by Bank of America, BlackRock, and both US and UK AI safety institutes.

OpenAI announced it has provided access to GPT-5.4-Cyber to CAISI (the US Center for AI Safety and Infrastructure) and the UK AISI, along with enterprise partners including Bank of America and BlackRock, as @OpenAINewsroom reported. The goal is to accelerate AI-driven cyber defense across critical infrastructure.
