ConGLUDe Claims New State-of-the-Art in Drug Discovery Ligand Embeddings
A new model trained on 100 million data points reportedly breaks through a wall in computational drug discovery.
A new model called ConGLUDe is claiming state-of-the-art results in ligand embedding for drug discovery. As @gklambauer described, the model was "trained on 100M datapoints" and represents what the researcher characterized as AI in drug discovery having "BROKE THROUGH a wall."
